Our plant is modified as per ICSQ7A requirement at critical stage from winnowing process to final blending and packing of the product as under :

• Winnowing fans are of SS316 and Psyllium Husk collection is in SS316 plate.
• We have a fully automated enclosed SS316 Blender for blending of Psyllium Husk and Powder to avoid human touch to the product, to avoid contamination and human perspiration during manual blending on floor. This is the first and only one in the Psyllium Industry.
• Change rooms are developed at Cleaning & Grinding, Blending and Packing area before entry to avoid any contamination from open environment.
